7 reasons to take music lessons this summer at Brighter Minds Music
Summer is almost upon us! Can you feel the excitement in the air?
Many students are interested in lessons, and summertime is a great time to take lessons!
Here are 7 reasons to take music lessons this summer:
Students make progress and won’t fall behind.
Taking lessons over the summer ensures that students not only remember the things they learned, but continue with their musical growth. Plus, students love to keep earning their All-Star Award certificates, ribbons and trophies!
Going out of town? No Problem!
We have a flexible make-up pass system. If you’d like to reschedule your weekly lesson, just give us a 24-hour notice, and you can reschedule with any day / time / teacher / instrument / location based on availability. You can even take a virtual lesson while out of town!
Students have more time
Summer provides the perfect opportunity for students to focus on their musical skills! During the school year students can become so overwhelmed with sports, tests, and homework that they aren’t able to put as much effort into music as they wish. Summer allows students to put more time and effort into their lessons.
Screen-free activities!
Are you thinking your summer (or your child’s summer) will include too much screen time? Creating music gives you the opportunity to reduce your screen time, become productive at learning a new skill and impressing your friends.
An opportunity to try something new
Do you have an interest in trying a new or additional instrument? Or maybe your child has been asking if they could try the piano, singing, drums, guitar, violin, ukulele or electronic music composition! Up until now it may have felt like too much to add another music lesson to your child’s busy schedule. Now is the perfect opportunity to take advantage of free time, and let your child explore their musical interests. Often students will opt to take multiple lessons a week in the summertime.
First in line for events, prizes and fall lesson times
Our summer events and prizes have been a hit with students. When you are in lessons this summer, you’ll be the first to know of cool things happening at Brighter Minds Music. Plus, your lesson time is reserved for you as long as you like it and you will not need to re-enroll in the fall.
We make it easy to continue lessons over the summer
We know that with the onset of a new season your schedules may be changing. That is why we have a wide variety of times and days available to your students. We are open seven days a week! Plus, our convenient make up lesson policy allows for you to go on vacation, or a weekend road trip without any worry about missing a music lesson!
It’s easy to get started.
