Arielle R.

1. How long have you taken music lessons?

I've been taking music lessons with Brighter Minds since July of last year.

2. What instrument(s) do you play?

I play piano and I used to play the clarinet.

3. Who are your favorite musical artists?

I enjoy listening to Arianna Grande, Demi Lovato, and Doja Cat.

4. What are your short and long term goals with music?

Right now, I want to be a great performer and perform songs to my family and friends. As an adult, I want to be an actress in musicals, singer, or performer.

5. What is your favorite part about taking music lessons?

My favorite part about taking music lessons is that I'm able to sing along to the songs I play.

6. What are your hobbies?

In my free time, I like to play sports, draw, and play outside.

7. What are some of your favorite foods?

My favorite foods are cheeseburgers, pineapples, and brookies, also known as a mix of brownies and cookies.  It's really good with ice cream!

8. What is the coolest thing you've learned in your lessons recently?

The coolest thing I've learned in piano practice is different kinds of chords. Some of them make really pretty sounds.

9. Do you have any performances coming up or have you had a performance recently?

My most recent performance was the Halloween recital.

10. Why should other people play music?

I think other people should play music because it can keep your mind off things if you're having a bad day. Whenever I'm having a bad day, I put on my headphones and listen to music. It really helps!

My children enjoy taking lessons at Brighter Minds Music. They have great teachers who are friendly, professional, and provide them with music that is fun, yet challenging. I’ve watched them grow musically, and I’m excited to see how they will continue to progress. We’re blessed to have found a great environment for our children to learn music.
— Ashley R. (Arielle's mom)

Arielle is a phenomenal piano player who can play both by note and by chord. She learns new chords very fast, and is starting into 4 note chords.

The most important piece is that she is able to sing and play piano at the same time! She has been stacking up songs in her repertoire very fast!!

We would like to thank Arielle’s family for referring their friends to Brighter Minds Music.
