Franky L.
1. How long have you taken music lessons?
I have taken music lessons since I was 7. I started with guitar, and I started playing piano two years ago, when I was 9.
2. What instrument(s) do you play?
I play piano and a little bit of guitar.
3. Who are your favorite musical artists?
I really like Revo, Daft Punk, and Fonzi m.
4. What are your short and long term goals with music?
In the short term, I want to learn to play Rush E (one of the hardest modern day pieces). One of my long term goals is to play in front of an audience and to continue learning new songs.
5. What is your favorite part about taking music lessons?
It’s really fun to learn how to play songs that I love to listen to.
6. What are your hobbies?
My hobbies are playing piano, golfing, and swimming.
7. What are some of your favorite foods?
I love chicken wings, pizza, salad, and guacomole!
8. What is the coolest thing you've learned in your lessons recently?
I have learned about arpeggios, and I love how cool they sound.
9. Do you have any performances coming up or have you had a performance recently?
I played in the Brighter Minds recital this Spring.
10. Why should other people play music?
People should play music because you can enjoy a song anywhere you go, and if you are passionate about music, learning to play is the most fun thing to do!
He's got such passion and a great sense of humor. He's very motivated to learn new things, and specializes in game music on the piano. He works very hard, and he's got a great ear!
